Contaminated Land
The need to conserve green belt for future generations has led developers to re-developing ‘old land’ i.e. ‘brownfield land’. Brownfield land has over the years been contaminated by generations of manufacturing and engineering processes. In order to meet the demands of the 21st century this lands needs to be cleaned and re-used.
Off Site Disposal
We will carry out the removal of Hazardous, Non Hazardous and Inert waste under our Waste Carriers Licence and dispose to the appropriate Landfill site.
Japanese Knotweed
We can offer to our clients either onsite or offsite solutions to this problem depending on the time scale for the development.
The onsite option is to chemically treat the knotweed within the growing season between March and October. The offsite solution is quick and easy but does attract the Landfill Tax which is currently £40.00 per tonne.
Legislation
We regularly update our client database with all changes to the legislation – if you wish to be included please email us at
