Our services include the collection of samples from site and then taken to an accredited laboratory where a geotechnical analysis will give us the true picture of the land and the level of contamination. Once we receive the analysis of the levels of contamination we can provide a realistic and economic disposal solution
The need to conserve green belt for future generations has led developers to re-developing ‘old land’ i.e. ‘brownfield land’. Brownfield land has over the years been contaminated by generations of manufacturing and engineering processes. In order to meet the demands of the 21st century this lands needs to be cleaned and re-used.
Off Site Disposal
We will carry out the removal of Hazardous, Non Hazardous, and Inert waste under our Waste Carriers Licence and dispose to the appropriate Landfill site. Current rate of landfill Tax £54.00 per tonne.
